Inclusivity & equity in science
R Ladies, Laramie, WY chapter.
I served as President (2023- ) and Vice President (2022). R Ladies is a coding community dedicated to improving inclusivity and opportunities for female-identifying coders. I facilitated group coding sessions, community sharing of code and resources, and free R workshops. I also secured funding to pay students and early career professionals for teaching workshops.

Mental Health and Wellness Group, Zoology & Physiology Dept., University of Wyoming.
I served as a committee member (2021- 2023). This group is dedicated to improving awareness and access to mental health resources in the graduate community. As a member, I facilitated department coffee hours, compiled and shared community mental health resources, and assisted with hosting speakers on mental health and wellness.
